Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7–20 business days (varies by country)
    Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

  • International destinations where permitted.
    If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you immediately.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country’s customs office.
Customers are responsible for these charges, as we cannot predict or control them.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot locate it, contact us and we will assist where possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
We will work with you to replace or resolve the issue promptly.
